Driving Down A Dirt Road

Driving down a dirt road,

Out in the middle nowhere,

Driving towards the firey sun

As it sets in the western sky,

Thinking about all of the choices

that I have made in my life.

I look to the right side of me

And I see a girl

With light strawberry blonde hair,

Her eyes are that of emeralds.

She has a smile that could make

Any man's heart melt,

And I am happy that she is

With me on this journey to the great

Unknown.

She knows what I have been through in

My life and I want to show her things

That I haven't shown anybody else.

She knows that the road is going to be rough,

But she is there thick and thin.

For that we are,

Driving down a dirt road,

That is headed for the future

That we want to create.
