USA Becoming Third World Country?

Is the USA becoming the next third world country?  Is China becoming a super powered country like what we use to be?  People I hate to say answer  this two questions but its happening, and yes the USA is becoming the next third world country. Look at the sarce jobs out there, the homeless on the rise, people living in rundown housing complexes.  Geez, the dependency on oil is one thing, but with the value of the dollar on the decline its making our country practially useless. China is becoming the economic Super Power. Could this be the work of China and Russia to destroyed the USA once and for all?
